Alfredo Orozco is an artist, painter and woodworker from Mexico City. In the 1970s, he moved to Los Angeles and created a series of geometric serigraphs. The prints were shown in galleries from Manhattan Beach to Downtown.

I am Alfredo Orozco, an artist of color! Throughout my entire life I have been surrounded by and influenced by extraordinary, vivid color as depicted on house walls to murals. In the late ‘70’s I was attracted to the concept of serigraphy. I studied the real, ink, silk-screening process and perfected this art form because it is an expression of beauty, of harmony, of space. It was my intent to design, with geometric shapes and colors, the feeling of motion or stillness, a sense of peace. My serigraphs have been presented in galleries, at shows, and museums.
